The right vacation is to miss your flight, catch another one and get to Costa Rica almost on time, spend a week for scubadiving, horseback riding, canopy line and rafting, then return back on 27th, the same exact day when Irene hit the coastline. Got into a mess with cancelled flights, stay overnight in Dallas TX (far away from your initial route - drink all night and sleep for 4 hours or so), then catch a direct flight to DC when your luggage mysteriously worked out it's own way to North Carolina :)

It's rather obvious, MSL. Your level of English is not challenged here. It's high enough!

I quite agree with MSL, that the article is opinionated heavily. As one of the comments suggests, that we do not know where this agency comes from and who pays them...etc.
So it's much more important to know really what companies are not that much reliable...to avoid booking future flights with.
